It’s very individual. It’s no secret that getting a tattoo is a painful procedure, but not to the extent that you should be really afraid.

Some styles are almost painless, while others can cause discomfort, especially during long sessions. However, in all my years of work, I haven’t encountered clients screaming from pain. A great tattoo is worth enduring a little discomfort!

The full healing time depends on your skin’s characteristics and proper aftercare. On average, it takes 3−4 weeks. Very light and small tattoos may heal faster.

The initial healing phase is completed in about 5 days, and during this period, you need to be especially attentive to your tattoo. For almost a month, you should follow the aftercare recommendations

First, decide on the idea or stylistic direction of your tattoo. Then, click the "Free Consultation" button on the website, where you’ll also find the cost estimation.

If you have already decided on your tattoo and are ready to book a session, click the "book appointment" button and fill out the application form. See you at the session!

1. Get a good night’s sleep the day before your session.
If you are well-rested, it will be much easier for you to endure any discomfort.

2. Do not drink alcohol or use drugs the day before and during the session.
This will affect your endurance and the quality of the tattoo’s healing.

3. Have a good and tasty breakfast in the morning.
This will raise your blood sugar level, so you won’t faint during the session.

4. Shave the area where the tattoo will be placed.
This will help reduce time during the session.

5. Wear comfortable clothing.
Choose loose and comfortable clothing: nothing should be too tight, press, or chafe. Also, make sure the artist has easy access to the area where the tattoo will be placed.

6. Avoid taking blood-thinning medications and those that raise blood pressure.
Also, do not drink coffee, energy drinks, or any similar substances in the morning before the tattoo session. All of this can lead to excessive bleeding during the tattooing process.

After the session, I usually apply a special protective film which should be removed on the 5th day. With this film, you can take a shower without removing it, and there’s no need to apply any ointment.

However, avoid prolonged water exposure; don’t swim in pools or the sea, and avoid hot baths.

You should also avoid strenuous workouts to prevent excessive sweating during these 5 days.

After removing the film, wash the tattoo with water and liquid soap. I also recommend moisturizing the tattoo with any moisturizing cream for another 5 days.

Keep the tattoo away from direct sunlight.

After it has fully healed, apply sunscreen to the tattoo every time you go outside.
